– This Portal is intended for Students and fresh graduates
– Companies must be legally registered entities authorized to post jobs or internships.
– College ambassadors must be enrolled in a recognized educational institution.
2. Services
We provide internship & job listings, training and skill-building programs, college ambassador opportunities, and career resources. We act only as a facilitator and are not responsible for hiring decisions, salary negotiations, job offers, or work conditions between students and companies.
3. Registration & Accounts
– Users must provide accurate and complete information during signup.
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
– Misuse of accounts (fake profiles, fraudulent postings, spamming) may result in suspension or permanent ban.
4. Subscription & Payments
– Both students and companies may be required to pay subscription fees.
– All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
– We may revise subscription plans, features, or charges with prior notice.
– Payment failure may result in suspension of access.
5. Job & Internship Postings
– Companies must ensure job descriptions are accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory.
– We reserve the right to remove any posting that violates laws or our policies.
– We do not verify every listing and are not liable for fraudulent or misleading opportunities.
6. Training & Skill Building
– Completion of training programs or certifications does not guarantee employment.7
– Course content may change without notice to improve quality.
7. College Ambassador Program
– Ambassadors represent the Platform on their campus in a professional manner.
– Misrepresentation, misuse of branding, or misconduct may lead to removal.
– Incentives or rewards will be subject to the published program terms.
8. Content & Intellectual Property
– Users may upload resumes, company logos, or job descriptions. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, store, and display it for platform purposes.
– The Platform’s design, logo, and proprietary material are protected and cannot be copied or redistributed.
9. Limitation of Liability
– Collegepassouts.com, as a brand of Analytus Group, acts only as a facilitator.
– We are not responsible for hiring outcomes, payment disputes between employers and students, or third-party fraud/misrepresentation.
– Any liability is strictly limited to collegepassouts.com only, and our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the subscription fee paid in the last 6 months.
10. Termination
– We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our policies.
– Users may request account deletion anytime by contacting support.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Banglore,Karnataka.
